Leave the towering skyscrapers of the city and escape into the Winter Wonderland that is Ski Dubai with a Snow Classic Pass that gives you access to the Snow Park and it's many attractions!

Unlimited access to Snow Park, Snow Cavern, Tobogganing, Giant Ball, Bob
Sledge, Tubing Run, and Bump Car
One-time ride on the Chairlift
One-time ride on the Mountain Thriller
Winter gear provided: jacket, trousers, disposable socks, and snow boots
Free fleece gloves
Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old
Please note that lockers are not included with the Snow Classic Ticket Type. We advise guests to carry minimal items to avoid issues with locker availability during peak times.
Food & beverages
Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather
For safety reasons, children under 3 are not allowed
Some rides are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women or those with back and neck problems

Booking & Payment Policy
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website or customer service.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
Tour Changes & Modifications
- Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
- A change fee may apply depending on the type of modification.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or operational issues. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.
