How to use

• Print out the city pass and tickets sent to your email or log in again at any time with your user name under "My account" and print out the City Pass and the corresponding tickets again.
• Scan your QR code at the attractions and discover Dubai!
• Your pass will automatically get activated when you use your pass at the first attraction or tour.

Validity

• Before Activation: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• After Activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction or tour and is valid from 1 to 7 days as per the option

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel these tickets up to 72 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
