Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Inclusions

2 Park admission ticket for any of the four parks (Motiongate, Legoland water park, Legoland and Real Madrid World (RMW))
Rides and shows vary based on selected ticket option.
Transfers ( If option selected)

This ticket provides same-day access to two (2) theme parks of your choice.
Access will be granted to any two of the following: MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, Real Madrid World, LEGOLAND® Dubai or LEGOLAND® Water Park.
Ticket is valid for theme park access only, this ticket does not cover smaller attractions such as Neon Galaxy and JumpX.
Tickets are valid for normal operating hours on the chosen date, please check website details for timings.
Unless otherwise stated, this ticket is only valid for the theme park(s) shown on the ticket and is not valid for skill games or separately ticketed events, performances, school trips, corporate events or activities within Dubai Parks™ and Resorts.
Dubai Parks™ and Resorts and the relevant park, in their absolute discretion, reserve the right to vary the opening and closing dates and times of the attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the ticket will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of attractions are removed or closed during the year.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for any other promotion, discount or ticket.
All persons entering the park(s) are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at each park’s main entrance, at Guest Services and as otherwise made available by Dubai Parks™ and Resorts.
Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years also holding a valid ticket.
Parking is free within the Dubai Parks™ and Resorts P1 and P2 Car Park. Valet Parking is priced at AED 150 per visit. All parking is subject to availability.

Exclusion

All personal expenses spend for shopping, dining etc on-site.

No-shows will not be refunded.

Tour Changes & Modifications

Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
A change fee may apply depending on the type of modification.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or operational issues. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

Health & Safety Policy

All tours adhere to local health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of our guests.
Travelers are required to follow all safety protocols, including wearing seat belts and helmets when applicable.
DXB Attractions reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, or unable to follow safety instructions.
