Terms & Conditions
- Flexi payment option available up to 4 installments.
- Airfare with 20 KG Check baggage.
- 10 KG hand carry-on baggage is allowed.
- The standard check-in time is 14.00 and the Standard Check-out time is 12.00.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Long queue is expected at the Visa On Arrival Counter, So an E-visa is highly recommended ( 2-3 hours queue )
- A passport must be valid for 6 months and UAE Residence must be valid for 1 month to avail Visa On Arrival.
- Selected nationalities with UAE resident visas will get visas on Arrival.
- Maximum waiting time for the group will be 90 minutes after the flight arrival, If guest get stuck in the queue for more than 90 minutes they have to reach the hotel on their own
- If VOA gets rejected, the flight is canceled or boarding is denied under any circumstances, the package will be nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- Unused services will be nonrefundable.
- Once payment is done cancellation will follow the cancellation policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel, or modify the holiday package due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
