Burj Khalifa At The Top

• Tip: Use the on-site telescopes to help identify the varying landscape and attractions around Burj Khalifa.
• Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.
• It's recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.
• The following aren't allowed inside: Large pieces of luggage (check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor), food, and beverages.

Sky Views Observatory

• Tip: Despite the stunning view, maintain your focus and prevent getting dizzy or disoriented by keeping your eyes on the horizon rather than looking down.
• It's mandatory to carry a passport or Emirates ID.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• This experience has height and weight restrictions. The minimum height is 135 cm, and the maximum height is 200 cm. The minimum weight is 30 kg, and the maximum weight is 120 kg.
• Edge Walk Experience can be canceled/rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions, without any prior notice.
• The Glass Slide experience is no longer included in Sky Views Observatory tickets. It will be charged at AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction's counter or on level 53. Tickets bought before April 1, 2024, will still include the slide experience.

• You can cancel these tickets up to 72 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
