Need to know

• You need to exchange your mobile ticket at the respective redemption locations. You can redeem it at any bus stop or check the locations mentioned in your ticket.
• Use your Al Seef Dhow Cruise and Lost Chambers Aquarium tickets within a week after redeeming your voucher at The Dubai Mall.
• Lost Chambers Aquarium is open daily from 10am to 9pm.
• Kids aged 3 to 5 will need a separate ticket for Lost Chambers Aquarium and Aquaventure.
• The sunset and night tour isn't a hop-on hop-off tour. There's only one loop daily, lasting 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
• These tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
