Need to know
- Tip: The park's app gives you a good idea of the live waiting time for top rides. What's even more amazing is that the app will pinpoint your location using GPS and direct you to the rides with shorter queues!
- Anyone under 12, entering IMG worlds of adventures, should be accompanied by a 16+ year old customer.
- Certain rides have extra height requirements for safety. Please refer to this guidebook.
- Outside food is not permitted inside. On the bright side, there are 28 food & beverage outlets inside. Feel free to roam about and buy yourself snacks, lunch, drinks, etc.
- Some of the can't-miss rides here are Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge, Hulk Epsilon Base 3D, The Velociraptor & The Powerpuff Girls Mojo Jojo’s Robot Rampage.
- Children below 105 cm get to enter for free. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Storage lockers are available at the park entrance for an additional fee.
- Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.
- Guests showing a POD ID card avail of 50% off on their ticket.
- 1 person with a disability is eligible for 2 POD wristbands (1 for guest + 1 Carer). However, carers need to buy a full-price ticket and no longer get free entrance.
- Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon showing a valid ID and a deposit of 100 AED.
- Strollers are available to rent in two sizes. Single: AED 40 | Double: AED 60
- Please note the timings for the Festival of Fright from Sep 16 to Oct 31, 2024 are as follows:
- Sunday to Thursday: 12pm to 10pm
- Friday & Saturday: 12pm to 11pm

- Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
Tour Changes & Modifications
- Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
- A change fee may apply depending on the type of modification.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or operational issues. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.
