Need to Know

• Skiers/snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2 for slope sessions. Otherwise, access to the slope else won't be allowed.
• For safety reasons, children under 2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
• An adult should accompany children under 14 years old.
• Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.
• Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.
• Caps are not included in the winter attire, so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.
