Need to Know
- Tip: Don't have a heavy meal right before your dive.
- The entire experience takes 3 hours to complete, starting from registration upon arrival to the final jump.
- The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
- Guests aged 18 and under, women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs, women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs, and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.
- The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, guests with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.
- If the venue cancels your Skydive experience due to operational reasons within less than 6 hours of your booked slot, you will not be eligible for a refund for the transfers.
Cancellation Policy
- These tickets can't be cancelled. However, they can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the experience begins.
