- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and other nearby locations)
- For private transfers, pick-up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- Please adhere to moderate dressing as the trip includes visit to the Grand Mosque click here to know more
- Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- All personal expenses spent for lunch, shopping, drinks, dining etc. on-site during the tour will be borne by the guest.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted during Ramadan period.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
Note: In sharing transfers, The pick up and drop off timings may vary by 15-20 minutes.
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

- Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

- No-shows will not be refunded.

- Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
- A change fee may apply depending on the type of modification.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or operational issues. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.
